His name is Keenan Cahill and he is a You Tube celebrity..and hilarious....he is funny, a little bit weird in a good way and so sweet...like too sweet...he is 15 years old..and diagnosed with Maroteaux–Lamy syndrome which stops grown at the age of 8 or 10 .... This didn't stop him from making a video with a surprise cameo from 50cent himself...watch below....
